I bought this pedometer to replace one that rarely worked. This one was easy to set up and use. I was always knocking the other one off of my pants and had to give up using my fanny pack. The HJ 113 has a nice safety strap with an easy to use clip so I no longer knock it off. I could put it in my backpack, if I wished. It is accurate and I enjoy having the clock. It has nice smooth edges and rarely catches on clothing or equipment. Although the automatic reset at midnight is usually convenient, I sometimes want to use it more than once a day. I have to remember to write down the reading on the first use and subtract it from the second use numbers as there is no reset button. Would be nice if it was also a stopwatch to time hikes and runs. Over all, it is a great product.
