This pedometer if fantastic! I wear it everyday. I wish I could say I live up to my goals but at least I know where I stand (it records the past 7 days of activity). Great product.

Unlike inexpensive pendulum-type pedometers, the Prevention Activity Monitor filters out incidental motion and vibration and only counts real steps.
