Heart Rate Monitor Watch Overview

Oregon Scientific SE300 Heart Rate Monitor with Speed and Distance is for the more serious athlete and will allow you to track heart rate, speed and distance with audio and vibrating alerts for high/low exercise levels. Whether you're running or cycling, the SE300 allows you to set a target distance travelled and view information such as time elapsed, average speed and pace. The Smart Training Program function uses your personal information such as age, sex and weight to customize your workout. To further help you reach your fitness goals, the information collected during your workout can be downloaded to your computer using the HRM data logger + PC link (WM100). Compatible with all Oregon Scientific Heart Rate Monitors, the WM100 stores information about your performance, which can then be displayed graphically or in other formats on your computer.
