Unlike a pedometer, the Foot POD tracks your speed and distance no matter the distance of your stride or the terrain you're moving over. The 1.6oz Foot POD also provides lap and speed alarms when used with compatible Suunto watches, so you can use it for interval training as well as longer outings.
